Our mission is to give you a snapshot of real Russia and a taste of the country’s true local cuisine! We invite you to join the fascinating journey into the gastro world of Moscow.
Our main objective is to show visitors what local people in Moscow really eat. Our customers taste freshly prepared foods from the markets, cafes and food shops across the city — and they learn about how each item is prepared, its history, and its importance and role in local culture. By the end of our tours, you are full up and happy, and you’ve learned something you can share with your friends back home.

We are a team of food lovers who lives in Russia and we would love to share our experience and knowledge about the best city spots to meet with traditional and modern Russian cuisine. We provide a “non-touristy” experience so you can feel as a native Muscovite.
Constantly we make our research work searching for the most delicious dishes and tastiest bites work through neighborhoods, local markets, specialty food shops, bars and restaurants and we take only the best ones to include onto our food tours. Each tour includes food tastings from the best food spots, the city has to offer, but it is not just about the food. Traditional Russian cuisine tour was great – food was delicious and the tour guide was able to throw in some history and neighbourhood references.
